于青一, 女,博士1993年于武汉大学生科学学院细胞生物学专业获学士学位2000年于中国农业大学园艺院果树专业士学位2003年于美国夏威夷大学分子生物学生物工程学系获士学位2003-2004年于夏威夷农业研究中心从事博士后研究2004-2009夏威夷农业研究中心PI植物分子生物学家);现担德克萨斯农工大学植物病理和微生物学系副教授;2012-至今担福建农林大学基因组中心教授。自2000开始从事热带作物基因组学研究,先后美国自然科基金,美国农业部,美国能源部以及德克萨斯州立研究基金资助,并先后包括Nature》、Nature Genetics》、PNAS》、Genome Biology》、Genome Research》、《Plant Physiology》、《Plant Journal》等高影响因子杂志发表60余篇论文。

利用基因组学和比较基因组学等方法研究热带和亚热带作物产量和质量相关性的遗传学和分子基础,并对热带和亚热带作物改良提供有效策略。
