于青一,教授,博士生导师。20038月获得美囯夏威夷大学分子生物学及生物工程学专业博士学位。在木瓜基因组、植物性染色体进化、甘蔗基因组、咖啡基因组等热带作物的研究领域取得优秀的成绩。先后在《Nature》、《PNAS》、《The Plant Journal》等国际学术期刊以第一作者或通讯作者发表文章;获得美国自然科学基金,美国农业部,美国能源部,以及德克萨斯州研究基金资助。现为德克萨斯农工大学副教授,博士生导师。


主要研究方向:

1.园艺作物性状遗传学及分子机制;

2.植物基因组结构与进化;

3.植物性染色体演化机制;

4.甘蔗基因学及其应用研究。
