秦源,教授,博士生导师,国家优秀青年科学基金项目获得者,福建省闽江学者特聘教授、福建农林大学金山学者特聘教授。2001年获得武汉大学药学学士学位;2006年获得武汉大学发育生物学博士学位;2006-2009年在美国亚利桑那大学植物系进行博士后研究;2009-2014年任职于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所副研究员;2014年至今任福建农林大学基因组中心教授。目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目两项;主持福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划一项;以研究骨干身份参加国家重点基础研究发展计划资助973项目两项。在植物生殖发育领域已经有十多年的研究积累,特别在花器官分化、雌配子发育及植物传粉受精过程中雌雄蕊的互作方面有系统的研究,发表著作2本,相关论文19篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表SCI收录论文11篇,总影响因子59,其相关论文在国际学术期刊《Plant Cell》、《PLoS Genetics》、《Plant Journal》、《Molecular Plant》、《Seminars in Cell and Developmental Biology》及《Journal of experimental botany》等发表,曾受邀在国内外各种专业学术会议做大会报告,并担任国际植物有性生殖学会(ICSPR)会员,是《Plant Journal》、《Journal of Experimental Botany》、《Frontier in Plant Sciences》等植物学国际期刊的审稿专家,并担任国家自然科学基金评审专家、浙江省自然科学基金评审专家。
