王凯,男,教授,博士生导师教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授、“金山学者”特聘教授。2006年博士毕业于南京农业大学并留校工作;2008年破格晋升副教授,硕士生导师;2011-2014年于美国威斯康辛大学进行博士后研究工作,2014年引进人才到福建农林大学基因组与生物技术研究中心工作,现任作物学院副院长,国家甘蔗工程技术研究中心副主任。

 到目前为止,主持参加各类科研项目10余项,其中国家自然科学基金3项、教育部新世纪人才支持计划、江苏省自然科学基金等6项,并作为研究骨干参加多项科研项目。现已在国内、国际重要学术期刊Science, Nature Genetics, Genome ResThe Plant JGeneticsTheor Appl Genet等上发表论文近40篇。8年破格晋升副教授,硕士生导师;2011-2014年于美国威斯康辛大学进行博士后研究工作,2014年引进人才到福建农林大学基因组与生物技术研究中心工作,现任作物学院副院长,国家甘蔗工程技术研究中心副主任。

主要研究方向:

1)植物表观遗传;

2)植物着丝粒结构与演化;

3)植物分子细胞遗传学。
